With ARTillery, COLLECTIVE OSLO initiates, curates and produces an ongoing exhibition series that brings contemporary art into the spaces where people move, meet and live.
Launched in 2021, ARTillery unfolds across changing locations in Oslo, using temporary exhibitions, installations, performances and digital formats to create new encounters between artists, audiences and the city. Each edition is shaped around a thematic question and brings together established artists and emerging talents, opening space for collaboration, experimentation and collective reflection.
The series reflects COLLECTIVE OSLO’s commitment to making art more accessible, present and alive in the public realm. By moving art beyond traditional exhibition spaces, ARTillery activates places, invites participation and creates temporary cultural moments that make the city feel more open, connected and alive.

ARTillery is structured as an evolving sequence rather than a fixed exhibition format. Each edition begins with a question, allowing the project to shift in form, scale and expression while maintaining a continuous curatorial thread.
Through changing perspectives and temporary constellations of artists, the series examines contrasts, collective structures and shifting realities. Its format allows new voices, established practices and unexpected collaborations to meet, challenging fixed references and opening new ways of reading the present.

DIVERGENCE_ explored how difference and multiplicity shape community, inclusion and understanding. The participating artists represented diverging perspectives and practices, forming a visual sense of togetherness where deviation and difference became strengthening forces.
